Whether you are rather a service or a license costumer depends on different criteria. If you answer "yes" to most of the following statements, you should let an external company program your survey:
- In general, I have no interest and pacience to become acquainted with a new software.
- I conduct a survey once to twice a year at most.
- The questionnaire is rather long and complex in its processing logic.
- It is important to me that our corporate design is accurately integrated in the survey.
- I would like to hand risks over to a third party and I am ready to pay a little more for that.
