Survalyzer AG
History
NETQuestionnaires Switzerland AG was founded in August 2005 as a
subsidiary company of NETQuestionnaires Beheer BV in order to
enable a stronger expansion in the German speaking area. In 2008,
the subsidiary company was converted into a franchisee of
NETQuestionnaires Beheer BV in order to react more flexibly to the
requirements of the German speaking costumer base. As a result of
the company's good performance in the last years, NETQuestionnaires
Switzerland AG acquired in the summer of 2011 all the rights over
the Software NETQ Internet Surveys and continues to develop it
henceforth with the trade name Collector. The acquisition of the
software rights was concluded through the change of name to
Survalyzer AG in October 2011.

| October 2011 | NETQuestionnaires Switzerland AG changes its name to Survalyzer AG and acquires all rights over the survey software NETQ Internet Surveys |
